Salutations! If you're here, then you've probably read some of my fanfiction or original fiction that is floating around somewhere in the bowels of the internet. That isn't to say that the bowels is where it belongs, but it has been so long since I've posted it that's where it probably ended up.

My story, for those who haven't been around for my entire career (all four years of it): I've always had a love for books and writing. So, when the Harry Potter series finally hit America, I pounced on them and immediately fell head over heels in love with them. I don't remember how, but one day I stumbled upon fanfiction, and since then I have written several short stories, a few series, and one novel-length piece. I also write in the Star Wars and King Arthur fandoms, though I do not limit myself. Anything may inspire me, and if the inspiration is there I will write.

I have also done a few original pieces, though not nearly as many as fan fiction, and (in my opinion) most of them not nearly as good. I live in a fantasy world, so I write that much better than real life. That, and it's always more fun to play with other people's toys than your own.

I do not write as much as I wish I could. I am a college student, who also holds a part time job, so most of my time is already accounted for. However, I split my free time between writing, reading, gaming, and attempting to have a social life. And being sick. I tend to do that a lot, and use the down time to write. For some reason, DayQuil and NyQuil really elevate my writing skills. Yay legal drugs!

If you have something you would like me to write (plot bunny, character-oriented, random idea, deciation) feel free to ask. I have always loved collaborating. And on the subject of fanart - I cannot draw to save my life. I have the artistic skill of a thirteen year old, something which I have always mourned and attempted to deny, but upon becoming friends with talented artists finally had to acknowledge. Or, if you see art you want me to write a story for, pass that along (with permission from the author if it isn't yours).

If there's something else you need/want to know, ask. I don't mind questions, and I ADORE interacting with fans and fellow obsessors. Just be prepared for me to use a lot of internet lingo and such. It comes from being a g33k. And if you have something to say of the topic of fanfiction, feel free.

All of my writings will - eventually - be posted in the community yankingyourwand which I created, so ig you don't want to bother with my random ramblings and only my writings, that would be the place to subscribe to.

BTW - I reward people who review. With goodies. So, review, dammit.
